Policies

We accept groups. They start from 9 persons on. Group bookings get a special contract with diffrent cancellation policy.

Younger guests from 16 to 17 years old are allowed to check-in only with a declaration of agreement from their parents in written form. They have to show us this paper together with the copy of the front and back side of the identification of one guardian.

Important for guest n this period 18/03/15-10/04/15.
we will get a new lift in this time,our lift will not work then.
