Horn Ok Please Hostel

22, D Monte Street

No! we're not your 'dream luxury vacation get-away' hostel because dreams aren't real, luxury is overrated and we don't believe in getting away. We believe in diving in deep, putting you in the thick of things, cluing you in on all the hidden networks. We want you to make memories and new friends, at least 23 new ones. We want you to get your teeth into the meatiest, juiciest bits of Mumbai, and not feel like you've been thrown scraps. We'll help you leave satisfied and with a part of Mumbai safely embedded in your soul. We are Horn Ok Please a backpacker’s hostel in Mumbai for travellers, not tourists!
If you're looking for a place to kick back and chill, or if you want to party your rocks off, this is it!
This hostel was started up with the intention of creating a community-oriented, safe space for travellers to ease some of the stress and loneliness that journeying through a strange land can inspire.

Really nice place to spend a few days in Bombay. You are not in the exact center of Mumbai, but in a really interesting neighbourhood (Bandra) with lot of places to eat and spend time. In the hostel...

When you exit the airport go to the left and either take the elevator to P4 for prepaid cabs or P7 to take an Uber (only possible with wifi/data and the app). If you feel adventurous follow the signs to the rickshaws. Either way, tell the driver to take you to the Vodafone store on Hill Road on Bandra West. After a 15-30 min ride (depends on traffic) get off at the Vodafone Store. Further directions below!
Take a cab or an Uber to the Vodafone store on Hill Road in Bandra West. Always remember: South of Bandra there aren’t any rickshaws! You can also take a local train, whichever heads to Bandra Station and walk from there. Once reached, check the next directions.
When you reached the Vodafone shop (Ginar Tea Shop next to it) on Hill Road you can get off the cab and walk a short distance of 150m. When you face the shops take the lane to the left of it. Take the next lane (after 50m) right and follow this small quiet lane call D Monte Street until you reach HOP Hostel after 100m on the right.
