“Decent place to stay with nice staff in Lagos”

The staff in this hostel are kind and helpful. The hostel itself was not super clean - particularly the bathrooms. There's a rooftop patio which is nice for meeting other people or having dinner...

“Very social, budget hostel”

I stayed here for a week in July, and at 20 Euro(ish) per night, you really can't go wrong. It was made by the people - everyone gathers on the roof terrace at night and you get to meet like-minded...

Coming from Faro or Lisbon you can take either a bus or a train. They run several times a day, being even more frequent on the summer and on weekdays. Coming from the north of Portugal, you'll go to Lisbon first and then directly to Lagos.Coming from Spain: you can go to Seville and take a direct bus to Lagos. Sometimes you may get a bad info in Spain about this. Some people don't realise there is a direct bus and they will inform on alternatives which are time consuming and not necessary since you can take the bus in Seville (Plaza de Armas station). The buses to Lagos run twice a day, on a daily basis (this can vary depending on the time of the year).Flying to Faro Airport: you can take a taxi or a bus to Faro downtown where you'll find both the train and bus stations almost side by side. As mentioned above, you can use one of those to get to Lagos. The Gold Coast is close to the Lagos main public transportation, such as bus and train. About 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

24 hours cancellation.
